Anna Johnson has a degree in English from Exeter College, Oxford. She worked in London as a teacher then as a children’s book editor before leaving to raise her two daughters. In 2013 she gained an MA in book art and design and has exhibited her books at a number of local galleries.
She now divides her time between her family, work for Patrician Press, a variety of volunteer jobs and her own book projects. She is a clarinettist, enjoys mountain climbing and is a sucker for cats.
This anthology of poems and short stories is the result of a writing competition Patrician Press ran in 2016. The short-listed works including that of the winner, Penny Simpson, are now published in the anthology as well as contributions by Patrician Press authors and others.
